- ●6 finalists are invited to participate in the award ceremony on site at Knowledge Capital.
●Return flight ticket and 3 nights accommodation are offered to each finalist.

Free Challenge
●The contest is open to any students at university, graduate school, junior college, and vocational school around the world.
●Application will be accepted as an individual or a collective. Multiple application will also be accepted.
●To be eligible for ISCA2021, your films must have been completed later than January 1st 2020.
●Students already graduated from school in 2021 can also submit the works created while they were studying at schools.
●All non-English language films must be subtitled in English.

- 20 minutes maximum

- ●The title and creator’s name must be inserted at the beginning of the video.
●Entries must be submitted in “mp4” format.
●Only winning entries will be requested to submit the master data.

- 2GB maximum
Terms and Conditions
By participating in ISCA2021(here-in-after referred to as ‘Contest’), each entrant agrees to the terms and
conditions stated by Knowledge Capital (here-in-after referred to as ‘the Organizer’.) Entering the Contest
implies that you accept all the terms and conditions below.
- (1) This contest is held for students only. Entrants must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
- (2) Every applicants may submit more than one videos. Submitted entries will not be returned.
- (3) Regardless of the past/future submissions to other competitions or events, entrants must inform us its detailed information on our entry form such as competition name, dates held, and results.
- (4) All entrants must consent to the uses of entries at the Contest.
- (5) All submitted works must be original.
- (6) Each entry must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third person and must not violate any person’s rights of privacy or publicity.
- (7) Any entry that offend public order and morals will be rejected.
- (8) The Organizer takes no responsibility for any data loss, hardware malfunction or damages from unforeseen circumstances. (It is highly recommended for entrants to keep backup copy/data.)
- (9) Applicants are responsible for any submissions that infringe on any third party's copyrights. The entrants must accept full responsibility for any compensation for damages to the third parties, the Organizer and its associates have nothing to do with its responsibility. These provisions apply to the total content used in the entry including video images, voices, music, photographs, designs, etc.
- (10) None of the judging inquiries are acceptable.
- (1) Submitted works must be original and must not infringe on any copyrights, likeness rights, trademark rights or personal privacy rights, or violate the rules of public order and standard decency.
- (2) The original music or songs can be used as much as possible. Entrants must ensure there is no infringement that might hinder the uses of the entries when using an existing piece of music (including open sources).
- (3) If an existing music is performed or arranged by the entrant or other person, the consent to the uses must be provided.
- (4) When using existing music, images, or any other material (including open sources) which the 3rd party possesses its rights, it is mandatory for the entrants to clarify to on the Entry Description by attaching 3rd party’s agreement form.
- ●To screen during the Contest’s award presenting ceremony and exhibited at Knowledge Capital premises.
- ●To be shown at the Organizer's facilities and events on other occasions.
- ●To incorporate in an anthology DVD of the Contest which will be distributed to the applicant’s school for education purposes.
- ●To post or use on our official website as well as Organizer’s social media (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
- ●To use dissemination materials at the Organizer’s broadcasts, distribution, screenings, printed materials, etc. and to use as a purpose of announcement of the following year’s Contest.
Requests Regarding Copyrights
(1)The Organizer reserves the right to handle the nominated/winning entries as follows;
(2)The entire program/schedule of ISCA2021 may subject to change due to the pandemic
and related government’s regulation.
(3)Your attendance at the ceremony will not have any impact on your screening process.
(4)Any infringement is found after the award, the sponsor can deprive the prize and can order the return of the trophy and
reimbursement of prize money.
(5)Entries will be rejected or excluded from the contest when they infringe on the right of a third parties.
(6)The Organizer reserves the right to modify, edit, and update the submitted video for the purpose of the advertisement mentioned above.
(7)All submitted works are collected solely of the purpose of administering the Contest and shall not be used for any other purposes without your consent.
