In Hong Kong when it rolls around June - July, the weather is super perfect here for photography. The landscape in Hong Kong is incredible with many of the buildings quite old and newly renovated buildings overlapping old architecture.

Lunch time in Hong Kong is probably the most favorable times to eat. We call this "DIM SUM" which basically is a style of Cantonese dumpling prepared as small bite-sized or individual portions of food traditionally served in small steamer baskets or on small plates.

RAIN CAN BE FUN!
This week was quite exciting hanging out with my friends on the boat again as we had wonderful weather in Hong Kong. The ocean was calm and relaxing and we had an enjoyable dinner in Sai-Kung, lots of seafood - shrimp and crabs. It always amazes me how on how good the seafood is in Hong Kong and very tasty! However, the following week after it was time to whip out the umbrellas!

Shop Until You Drop !
Hong Kong is one of the prime cities in Asia for shopping. Almost every corner of the city, there is something to buy. Whether you are into trinkets, clothes, shoes or toys, stores are constantly surrounding you while traveling around Hong Kong city. People are constantly flashing paper ads at you or trying to bring you into their store. In most stores, the service is usually very polite and quick as people are moving in and out of stores frequently.
