ISCA, that counts 7th this year, was held at Event Lab, Knowledge Capital, Grand Front Osaka North on 29th (Fri) and 30th (Sat) November.
At the ceremony, winning works selected from among 242 entries from 69 schools in Japan and 260 entries from 20 countries around the globe were put on the screen, and the winners of video contents category made speeches about their works. Besides, winners of digital contents category had exhibited their works for 2 days and amused visitors.
On the first day, besides screening the prize works, popular creator AC-bu had a talk session and performed a show which was unveiled for the first time in Osaka, and on the second day, globally well-known architect Tadao Ando gave a lecture “Tension gives rise to creativity”, the title of which was prepared only for ISCA.
Moreover, as a program for students considering their future jobs, representatives of 23 creative companies supporting ISCA and selection committees shared their experiences and had discussions with young creators interactively.
Knowledge Capital continue to aim to discover new talents and provide them wider opportunities.
Next year’s ISCA2020 will be held on 4th (Fri) and 5th (Sat) December 2020 at Event Lab, Knowledge Capital, Grand Front Osaka North.
